Meet Our Staff


Kelly, Administrative Director

Kelly has been with Champlain Medical since 2014 and continues to enjoy providing our employers and patients with exceptional service.  Prior to working at Champlain Medical, Kelly has worked at the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Alder Brook Family Health over the last 20 years.  Kelly and her family moved to Connecticut last summer when her husband took a teaching position at The Westminster School.  She currently runs Champlain Medical remotely and travels to Vermont throughout the year.  She and her husband also own Curtis Lacrosse, a lacrosse camp company in Simsbury, Connecticut, is a dorm parent to 18 high school boys and she is the Director of Community Service at Westminster School.  In her free time Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, running and baking. 


   Lucy, Medical Assistant

    Lucy graduated from University of Vermont in May 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Movement Science.  Before working at CMUC, I worked at a local physcial therapy clinic as an aide.  I'm currently a gymnastics coach at Essex High School and am alos preparing to attend PA school.  In my free time I enjoy skiing, hiking and playing field hockey.


Champlain Medical Urgent Care - Krista, Medical Assistant

Krista, Medical Assistant

Originally from Taos, New Mexico but came to Vermont to graduate from the University of Vermont with a degree in both Psychology and Global Studies.  Previously worked in clinical psychology research    and continues to work with inpatient psychiatry patients at the University of Vermont Medical Center, in addition to Champlain Medical.  Outside of work I enjoy reading, travelling, and all forms of outdoor excursions.



Laurel, Medical Assistant

Laurel joined our team at Champlain Medical as a Medical Assistant. She graduated from UVM in     May 2016 with a degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology and has completed clinical internships at  UVMMC as well as Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. In her free time, Laurel enjoys taking in the  beauty of Vermont on hiking excursions with her canine companion, Addy


    Fathima, Medical Assistant

Fathima recently graduated from the University of Vermonit with a Biology major and a minor in Nutrition and Food Sciences.  She previously worked a the University of Vermont Medical Center as an inpatient and outpatient phlebotomist.  Outside of work she loves traveling, meeting new people and learning about different cultures.
