Kelly Casale, Director of Business Development
Kelly is a passionate professional who brings 25+ years of creative fun-filled experience developing and delivering Occupational Healthcare services and programs to employers to assist them meet industry compliance requirements while being fiscally responsible and mitigating inherent risk business’ face.
She holds her ungrad in Exercise Physiology from UNH/NH Technical College; Healthcare Management certificate program from Daniel Webster College; holds the AAI - Accredited Advisor in Insurance designation from the Insurance Institute of America/AICPCU; and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Professional Leadership for Professionals program.
She’s the proud Mom of 2 fantastic kids, volunteers with various community organizations, actively pursues fresh air hiking, skiing, and cursing the beautiful country roads of VT while taking in the sights and all it’s beauty!
Shea, Medical Assistant
Shea graduated from McGill University in 2018 with a degree in International Development and Middle East Studies. She went on to complete UVM’s post-baccalaureate premedical program in 2019. She is aspiring to go to medical school to specialize in global health. In her free time, she enjoys cooking new recipes, bouldering, and learning foreign languages.
Justin, Medical Assistant
Justin is originally from Connecticut and graduated from Rider University in 2014 with a degree in Biology. He moved to Vermont in 2015 to take part in the post-baccalaureate pre-medical program at the University of Vermont. Upon completion of the program in 2016, he worked as a Medical Assistant at Mansfield Orthopaedics for three years, where he became a Registered Orthopedic Technician. Now working as a Medical Assistant at Champlain Medical Urgent Care, Justin is applying to medical school with aspirations to become a physician.

Holly Silver, Billing Specialist
Holly is a native to upstate New York and graduated from CVPH radiology school with an associate degree in science, math and technology in 2003. She started working for Doc Josh in 2006 as a clinical assistant. Since she began working in his practice she has been trained in medical billing and coding. She has great attention to detail and love for patients and the medical field. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her young children and husband, cooking, boating and traveling.
